Today is exactly one year until the movie adaptation of The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping releases in movie theaters, and to celebrate, the first official teaser of the film has been released! The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping will be released on November 20, 2026.
The trailer marks our first real look at characters from the book, such as Haymitch, Maysilee, LouLou, Effie, Plutarch, President Snow, Drusilla, and more – complete with a snippet of Woody Harrelson’s voiceover, and a fantastic parallel in the meadow to Snow and Lucy Gray.
